The Mumbai Realty was established on 28th October 2013 by Mr. Sachin Vijay Salunkhe, who had five years of experience in the real estate industry, working with various corporate broking firms like Way to Wealth Realty, Reflex Realty, Mumbaiproperties.info, and more. During his time in the industry, he observed that most brokers were only focused on making money and did not prioritize the needs of the customer. This realization led him to start Mumbai Realty with a unique approach – to guide clients through the entire realty transaction process and provide them with accurate information about the builder’s track record, possession timeline, construction quality, after-sales service, etc., so that customers can make an informed decision.
Our company’s vision, mission, and values are a reflection of our thought process. We aim to provide personalized services to our customers and help them find their dream home without charging any brokerage fee. Our commitment to our customers does not end with the transaction; we assist them until the time of possession.
We understand that in under-construction sales, the salespeople of developers keep rotating from one site to another, which can create confusion for customers. Therefore, we are always available to help them resolve their queries and provide guidance whenever they need it.
