The Mumbai Realty was established on 28th October 2013 by Mr. Sachin Vijay Salunkhe, who had five years of experience in the real estate industry, working with various corporate broking firms and more. During his time in the industry, he observed that most brokers were only focused on making money and did not prioritize the needs of the customer. This realization led him to start Mumbai Realty with a unique approach – to guide clients through the entire realty transaction process and provide them with accurate information about the builder’s track record, possession timeline, construction quality, after-sales service, etc., so that customers can make an informed decision.
